The air in our room didn't work. Called frint desk after about a hour because we let it run to see if it would cool down because we knew it was hot outside. The lady who answered our call was very rude. We waited about 30 more minutes before i called back to say how long will it take for someone to come check it because it was so hot. She was once again rude. Said that she spoke to maintenance and as soon as she told them the room number they already knew it wasn't working and they were looking for a new unit to go replace it. So asked her why would they knowingly put us in a room were they knew the ac wasn't working. She got upset and raised her voice saying she didn't know until the maintenance just told her. So i asked dont they report to anyone that the ac is out so front desk knows not to use that room. She had the worst attitude with me. Then she said they would be in when they found a new unit. Maintenance came about 10 minutes later to replace the unit. Both men were very nice. I asked about the tv because it wasn't working either. He had to go get another remote. So when he gets back with the right remote he said unfortunately the remote that goes to the tvs are all turning up missing so they only have one remote that actually worked. So we had to use a universal remote but the only buttons that worked for that tv was #7 to turn it off and on or #9 to change the channel. It was so frustrating. They never ask us if we would like to change rooms. But when I called to complain they told me they change my room 3x. Not true!"

"First of all upon arrival the front desk ladies were very polite and friendly. I immediately felt welcome and at ease. Our room was like new and very clean. The A/C worked perfectly and the shower had a nice flow. Due to the very hot weather naturally the ice machines were tapped. What is nice is you can get a big 7 lb bag of ice from housekeeping for a small fee. Only $4.00 I think. That was enough for our entire stay.
The casino has a lot of fun older machines as well as the newer ones too. There is plenty of food available pretty much anytime. Even sandwiches in the little store for a nighttime snack. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and my wife and I look forward to our next visit.
