"This state park has put a lot of work into planting beautiful flowering Desert Willows and many other trees. Each has a dedicated water spigot. The campground is right on the Colorado River with a road, or path, down to the river. Beautiful picnic area there. We saw wildlife right at our campsite #8. Quail running around as well as a roadrunner. Bunnies and birds, with the Scott's Oriole being the prettiest. Right over the river is Bull City, Nevada that is very developed with any store or restaurant chain you might want to go to. Great bathroom/shower house. We really enjoyed our time and definitely will return next time we are going through the area!"
