"If I could make 4.5 I would but unable to out a half star. The location is great close enough to the strip without being on it. Easy access to the monorail. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and decent amenities. (Wish we had a coffee/hot water maker) What really put the hotel over is/was the staff: polite, professional, and respectful. My room attendant, Jessica Carrera, was amazing! She was so nice and willing to be assisting with any need. Thank you to her directly. I would recommend staying here."

"We came for the first night of Barry Manilow’s. Christmas show (So my husband could fulfill his inner 7 year old’s dreams). He put on a fabulous show. The band was fantastic. (The rhythmic drummer standing at the back was probably the best part.) the show was well-balanced and entertaining. We should all look and sound that great at 82."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Westgate Las Vegas! There was an issue when we arrived at 2am to check in. My husband and I were not alone, we had our 13 year old daughter with us. After waiting for about 45 minutes Charlene at thr front desk really hooked us up! She was so gracious as to help get us set up in a suite. Our room that we booked and paid the deposit for was not ready for us even though we arrived 10 hours after the normal time to check in. If it was not for Charlene, I would not be giving this wonderful review. She really turned our bad first impression into a memorable stay! For her kindness and hard work to keep us guest happy, we will definitely be returning! Thanks again Charlene!"
