"I spotted a lovely backpack as I was walking by and had to go in and see it close up. Very nice salesperson told me the price, $1500. I left promising to come back. I came back two days later. Same friendly salesperson who helped me try it in, load my things in it - could really see how well it would work for me. I decided to purchase. It rang up at $2400 even though the tag clearly showed $1500. Management would not honor the price so I declined to buy. Awful customer service decision and not a way to gain a new client. Very sorry for the lovely salesperson as well - appreciate his efforts. Can’t say I will go back."
