What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Springs Preserve for its affordability, unique natural and historical exhibits, and family-friendly atmosphere, offering a refreshing escape from the Las Vegas Strip. While the grounds are generally well-maintained, some reviews mention the need for updates in certain areas, and occasional service inconsistencies can occur.
"The cost and location was great. The rooms need new beds and carpet the pillows were comfy the carpet stinks cause it’s old the beds are very run down no support uneven and hard. As far as service in the casino I was gambling hit the service for some help no one came the service light stayed on for duration of my stay I’m glad I figured it out on my own but the people were nice as long as your not waiting for help so I rated it an over all 3"

"I usually come here on weekends to gamble a bit and relax. The atmosphere is typically great, and I often sit in the same area. The cocktail waitress who usually works that section is always welcoming and friendly—she greets me with a smile and offers me a drink without fail.
However, I decided to stop by on a Tuesday this time to change things up, and while things started off well, my experience took a disappointing turn. After the shift change, a new cocktail waitress came by and asked for my drink order, which I appreciated. A little later, she returned and said she had forgotten it. I told her it was no problem, but after 20 minutes passed—and then 35—I kindly reminded her.
Her response shocked me. In a high and dry tone, she said loudly, “You need to keep playing.” I looked at her and then at my machine and told her that I had been playing max bet and had already put in $120. She repeated, “You need to keep playing.”
At that point, I cashed out and left. My friend, who was with me, was also taken aback. We ended up going to a local bar down the road instead.
It’s unfortunate because I’ve always enjoyed this place and considered myself a loyal customer. But this experience left a bad taste, and sadly, it will likely be our last visit. It’s a shame to lose regulars over something that could’ve easily been handled with basic courtesy."

"I stay here whenever I come to town. The rooms are clean & very cheap compared to strip hotels. And best of all, you don't have to walk a marathon to get to the casino & can see your car from your room! Big plus in my book. The breakfast was outstanding. It's an older casino but I much prefer it to the newer ones. It's not crazy busy & the employees are great."
