"Hands down one of the best indoor playgrounds for kiddos. It’s pretty big and entertaining. Large playground area and some games (tokens) for kiddos to play. I would say this is more for the little kids, but I’ve also seen older kids (12 under) running in the playground. Came on a Sunday morning so it was pretty empty. Idk how it is on other days. It def looks clean (comparing to Wally Wombats- sorry)
The food options are good and tasty. A little on the pricey side but nothing insane.
Make sure to bring cash for the token games. And wear socks of course."

"We went on a Saturday night, and it wasn't crazy busy, which I was happy about. It's a very large play place, and sometimes, when it's too busy, the little ones get hurt/run over by older kids. All the kids, for the most part, appeared to be under 6 when I was there. The jungle gym is big enough that a parent is able to climb through it as well. Seemed pretty clean, didn't go to the restrooms which I hate because you're in socks only. They have some arcade games, but after spending $18 to get in, it can get expensive playing games. The birthday space I wasn't impressed with simply because it's all linked together in one large room. Just rows of tables, maybe 10 - 15, so you don't have a personal space. You're behind glass separated from the general public, but not from anyone else having a birthday party at the same time. There's plenty of seating available for parents while the kids play, and the snack bar has a nice variety of items. Pricing wise they're high, but it's a play place so I expected it. It was almost $7 for a small slurpee (6 or 8oz I believe) and bottle of water. The air guns in the playpen weren't working and there are several of them. Looked like no one had checked them to see because balls were stuck in them that weren't intended for the guns. I wasn't able to pull them out, and even guns that had nothing stuck in them weren't working either. Overall, my daughter enjoyed herself so I'd definitely go back."

Hygiene and Safety Concerns
Safety is also a recurring theme. Some reviews note that the playground can become overcrowded, increasing the risk of younger children being run over by older ones. There have also been reports of malfunctioning equipment, such as air guns in the playpen not working. It's important for parents to be vigilant and supervise their children closely within the play space.
One particularly concerning review detailed a serious incident involving gunfire in the parking lot, leading to the closure of the venue. While this appears to be an isolated event, it highlights the importance of checking for any recent safety advisories or incidents before visiting. The venue's response to such concerns, including sanitation and crowd management, is a key factor for families to consider.
Birthday Party Experience
However, some reviews suggest that the party room setup might not offer much privacy, as they are often in one large, interconnected space with other parties. This could mean less of a personal feel for your celebration. Despite this, the overall experience for the children is usually positive, with the playground and arcade games providing plenty of entertainment.
When planning a party, it's advisable to inquire about the specific layout of the party rooms and what is included in the package. Considering the potential for crowds and the mixed reviews on cleanliness, it's wise to manage expectations and focus on the fun the kids will have.
