"Just saw the movie Weapons in theatre 14 on 8/7 and for whatever reason, every single chair and walkway light was cranked up to 100000% brightness DURING THE ENTIRE MOVIE. When the movie finally started and they fully dimmed the overhead lights the theatre got approximately .000001% darker because every chair has the equivalent of its own little flashlight attached that’s apparently always on. I snapped this pic right after the movie ended, and every chair and walkway light shown was on during the entire movie. My GUESS is that someone beefed it coming down the stairs at some point, and Brenden theaters would rather just ruin the movie for everyone than face any potential litigation."
