What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests generally praise the Conrad Las Vegas for its elegant rooms, excellent fitness center, and pleasant atmosphere. However, a significant drawback for many is the unsupportive mattresses, and some visitors have been disappointed by limited pool access during certain times.
"I’ve stayed at the Conrad four times and overall I really like the property, as it has a great atmosphere, nice rooms, best fitness center at a hotel I’ve seen, and solid restaurants. But there’s one thing I haven’t seen many people mention, and it needs to be said: the mattresses here are shockingly unsupportive.
Every stay so far, I’ve sat on the bed and immediately sunk deep into it. They use a Serta Perfect Sleeper model, made specifically for the property, that seems to be customized with cheaper foam and a low coil count. It feels like it breaks down quickly, almost like you’re lying in a hammock instead of on a mattress. After 180+ hotel nights this year across different brands and price ranges, this is unfortunately the worst quality mattress I’ve encountered. Even more budget Hilton brands like Hampton Inn, Doubletree and Homewood all have much better support and mattress quality.
The staff has always been helpful and swapped mattresses, with newer stock when available, which I appreciate, but on my most recent stay, in a suite no less, they didn’t have a better one to replace it with. I ended up checking out because I knew I wouldn’t sleep, and I really didn’t want to sleep on the floor of course.
I was informed by the manager that Conrad, Hilton, and Crockfords in Resorts World all use this same mattress, so keep that in mind when booking. If you need proper support to sleep comfortably, I’d think twice until they upgrade to higher-quality beds. It’s a beautiful property, but it just deserves a mattress to match. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to stay here again unless the mattresses are upgraded, as I can’t rely on having a supportive bed during my stay."

"My husband and I stayed on two separate occasions. Both times were fantastic. Staff was super helpful and kind in every situation they could be. The lights were a little funny to work with. The first visit was on a high floor, amazing view and natural light. The second visit we stayed on the pool level, and while the natural light left much to desired, the room itself was far better designed. The lighting in the bathroom was amazing, every selfie was perfect 👌, speaking of bathroom, this room had a bidet option!"

"This is a large complex with three pretty big hotels; a Hilton, a Conrad, and a Crockfords. I stayed in the Conrad and arrived around 2PM to check-in. There are two lines, one for gold and diamond HH members and a normal line. There was only one person in front of me in the HH line and a few people in the other line, but I noticed the staff kept taking people from the normal line. Why have the preferred member line if you’re not going to take those people first? It would have made more sense for me to get in the other line – Strike 1.
I will say that the guy who checked me in was pretty friendly. He explained some of the property and the meal credit to me. He asked for my room preference (close to or far away from the elevator), which was a nice touch. Once I got to the room I first noticed that the layout was nice, it’s spacious. The bathroom is nicely laid out as well. The room wasn’t very clean though, as there’s hair in the sink from the previous guest and hair on the wall in the water closet area, which is rather gross. There was also hair in the shower and black mold along the bottom corner of the shower glass wall. The shower worked well, and drained nicely. The towels in the bathroom were rough, felt “rough” and smelled like they weren’t freshly cleaned. The soap container at the sink was empty during my stay and not refilled.
There were stains on the bench at the end of the bed, which looked really gross. One of the lights above the bed didn’t work. But other than that, the room had a decent TV system with casting on it, allowing me to cast from my phone.
The bed was comfy, I was able to get a decent sleep. The room did have USB outlets (A and C) next to the bed. Of course there was a minibar with way over-priced water (almost double the price of what you get downstairs).
When walking to/from the elevators on my floor, the hallway smelled either like sewage or marijuana, both weren’t appealing. The elevators were hi-speed, which is nice for staying on these higher floors.
Overall, the property is decent and a self-contained resort. There are many pools (I think I counted 10), cabanas, spa amenities too. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but it’s decent for business trips and places to have a small to mid-size conference."
