"We arrived to go have their famous Circus circus buffet! 4 kids, 2 adults. No prices anywhere to be found. $180. They had about 12 whole items to choose from! my 4 kids only liked the fried chicken, but ate less than 3 bites because the mashed potatoes were gross and ruined their appetite. My husband got cornbread and they were hard as a rock. I was disappointed from the lack of choices they had and the food was bland! The waitress just laughed when she got our honest opinion of the so called buffet, because my 4 kids said the best part of the meal was the Pepsi and ice cream, my 10 yr old told her the food was gross and they should give us back our money because I didnt eat and her 4 yr old brother spit out his food. A chef came to our table and he apologized for our horrible experience but said he would "relay" our complaints. We got home and they charged us $32 for a tip on our card we did not authorize. We went to go walk around and one of the patrons told my husband Don't even bother it is so dead up there and everything was basically either out of order or already closed.

"This hotel and casino definitely shows its age, and unfortunately, it hasn’t been kept up very well. The rooms felt old and worn, with outdated furniture and a lack of cleanliness that made the stay uncomfortable. Common areas, including the casino, could use a deep cleaning and some major updating. While the staff was polite, the overall atmosphere was tired and dingy. With so many other options nearby, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and enjoyable experience."

"Beware!!!!! There is a timeshare that passes itself off as a rental car service. They say they’re going to give you free vouchers to gamble and tickets to an aquarium and all you need to do is tour a hotel. It is a lie!!! They ask you to pay $50 and that they will give you $40 back after the tour.
The hotel itself was OK for the price and the pool was fun. Beware of the timeshare that says it is a car rental service and that they want to give you free vouchers to do things!"
