"Absolute schloads of thrift stores that are really vintage clothing based in their prices. Antique malls are inxredibky dist free, well attended, loads of helpful folks. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and outdoor vendors' spaces.parking is tight on a Saturday, meters aren't exactly cheap, but well worth the visit. 18b refers to 18 blocks, easy enough to walk in a couple of hours.
Loads of beautiful murals, a few seemed to be in cartoon mode, awaiting the finishibg steps."

"Escape the mega casinos and breathe some fresh air while strolling the hip, fun, creative Arts District IN the actual city of Las Vegas. (The Strip is technically not in the city of Las Vegas. It is in Clark County, NV.)
The 18b Arts District neighborhood is not far from the fabricated and loud Fremont Street Experience. But this is a fun, colorful and artsy world which has boomed in redevelopment in the last ten years. From new bars, restaurants, vintage shops and colorful graffiti, you can spend a full day here exploring and never get bored. The area has developed from seedy to successful and it is very impressive. And you will feel like a real Vegas local when visiting."
Cindy Cesare
"Love this little stretch of Vegas. A nice reprieve from the crowds of the strip and downtown. Some bars, restaurants, cute locally owned shops, and of course the art murals that give the area its name. Saw some pretty things walking along this route."
