"This is such a great town to visit. It is our go-to place when we are taking the Lady of the Lake Express out to Stehekin. There are great places to stay, restaurants, ice cream, and a wonderful riverwalk. The visitor center has a lot of great information. You can also enjoy the lake with your tubes, paddleboards, etc. Everything is within walking distance."

"The lake is gorgeous. Numerous parks to access the lake. Great BzbQ spots and fishing holes"

"Nice place for a 4-5 day holiday.
Took the boat/ferry to Stehekin at the upper end of lake. I did the short 1.5hr lay over, that isn't enough time.
Boat trip is about 3 hr ,one way, because the lake is very long.
Scenery wasn't real good that day because of smoke from all the forest fires. But an interesting trip."
