What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the beautiful scenery, clear waters, and relaxing atmosphere at Main Beach Park. The sunsets are consistently highlighted as breathtaking. While parking can be a challenge and expensive, the overall experience of enjoying the beach, tide pools, and coastal views is considered well worth it.
"The first days of summer, hot and dry. On the weekend before the holidays, we came here. Starting from Westminster, driving more than 25 miles to the beautiful beach. Laguna is a bit wild, a bit modern, but overall has a friendly and humane character. In the distance, you can see the houses built on the hillside, where you can see the vast and wonderful sea. If you come early, it will not be difficult to find a parking space, and of course, you have to pay a fee of 25 dollars for a day of enjoying the sea air. In return, you can freely choose a camping site, swim, and immerse yourself in nature. There are gentle beaches, crowded with people, from children to adults, men and women. You can also surf, fish, enjoy the natural scenery near the avenue, take pictures at the lighthouse, cliffs, or simply walk along the sand to let the waves lap at your feet. Today, the waves are quite big, crashing against the shore in waves, creating splashes of water. You can also sunbathe, breathe the sea air, listen to the murmuring waves, enjoy snacks, drink soft drinks, and feel nature. Once you come, you will want to come again. We come from far away, Vietnam, and feel the closeness of the ocean; the nature of California is extremely impressive, like a dream."

"Beautiful views. Lots of different beaches with stair access. Picnic areas all along the entire beach. People were having fun in the water. Lifeguards patrol the beach. Weather was 70's in the middle of July. Parking is the only hindrance I saw. Patience is key. Wait for families to leave."

"Laguna Beach is beautiful. If you're lucky you can find Street meter parking or pay parking by the beach. There are showers outside to wash off. And bathrooms. It is cute to walk around to look at the little shops. Like most of Southern California beaches it is expensive. But worth going there."
