I attended the Collectors United convention in 2023.
The venue allowed for online or at-the-door ticket purchases (much like entering a theme park). There was a $10 parking fee (cash or card) and the main event was just a short walk from the lot. It was easy to find the building.
The venue is clean, spacious, and professional. Figuring out where to go proved a simple process, between the easy-to-navigate design of the building and the helpful staff. (“Did you have fun today?” asked one as I walked back to the lot after the event.) They had security, bag checks, and metal detectors upon entering.
The convention took place inside of a spacious venue. It afforded plenty of breathing room, with vendors and guest stars spaced accordingly. It was just the right size to have an exciting but stress-free experience. The guests were super nice and the staff seemed attentive and helpful. I had a very positive experience and would happily go to this venue again for a similar event."
