"Cape Florida Lighthouse was one of the most beautiful parks we've experienced!
We spent a good part of the day exploring the area and this beautiful park. The staff was exceptional and very knowledgeable, more than willing to talk about the history of the lighthouse and it's surroundings. the parking area was busy, but still not a problem.
I was impressed with how well everything throughout the park was maintained. It was very clean. The views from the top of the lighthouse, and from the trails (of the Miami skyline, ocean and beautiful landscapes.) were just spectacular!
Being from Michigan, it was a special bonus to see all of the wildlife in the area, we saw so many iguanas, some the size of small dogs! and several species of birds everywhere!
A wonderful travel experience for my wife and I to enjoy. Keep up the great work Cape Florida Lighthouse Team!"
