"It’s is a reasonable price and nice place to take your family. On Monday I decided to go celebrate my daughter’s birthday there and a worker rubbed me wrong. When we arrived we noticed a lot of people were there didn’t think anything of it. When we got to the door we were immediately asked if we were there for the invite mind you nobody else was asked before going in and I realized why. But anyway, I told him no and he informed me they had an event until 8p. We could come back later or another day but we weren’t going in now. So I asked why wasn’t it listed on the website, he then said he have complimentary cards for inconvenience because the people booked in less than 48 hours but he couldn’t give every one in the group a card. My cousin was there with her 5 kids and I brought 5 kids with me he only gave 3 cards. So I asked why everyone couldn’t receive a card if we all were turned around. He proceeded to say our group was too large. So I then said if there wasn’t a event we would’ve been able to come in and spend our money for our large group which was 12 ppl (2 adults, 10 kids with one being 1 years old) he said yes but these cards aren’t for big groups. If yall inconvenienced me from coming spend my money why can’t you compensate the whole group to return back. Then he only gave the other adult 3 not say let me give you 3 and her 3. His tone and attitude was very rude. I hope yall find someone else to direct customers because he have a bad disposition which make don’t want to return"
