"So I came here with my sister, and this guy put us in a very strange situation. Super aggressive, would not leave us alone, and intoxicated beyond his means ( He snuck into the casino with it), and he basically would not leave us alone. We finally told staff it took them 20 seconds to safely remove him from the casino. Staff constantly reassured us they are ON THE CASE. They wouldn't let this person who scared us back in, and we could be escorted safely to our cars. They were fantastic. Karen, the 2 bartenders on staff, the 2 security gaurds, and the waitress we told. You were ALL amazing. Astonishing. Worked together with such pep in your step. I know this is a rare occurrence, like extremely rare where someone just sneaks in with alcohol and such, but it was handled so BEAUTIFULLY. Felt great after being reassured by staff he would not be returning. You all did an amazing job, thats why I love your casino the most. You guys GET TO WORK when things get weird."

Front office gave the room with people inside. My 2nd experience with this hotel. Restaurant choices are very limited and the worst part is a power outage in the hotel. Are you kidding me? As a diamond elite member, shame of this place. I have been in several caesars properties, this is the worst ever that i ever been in"
