"Our first time to the Martin Center at ETSU campus. Boy, it was a fantastic visit! We went to see the play called, "Come From Away."
The campus, the parking, and the theater are in excellent condition. Just about everything is of pristine quality and cleanliness.
The staff, who directed us to the parking and answered our questions at the theater and all of the other employees that we talked to, were well-informed and professional. They did an excellent job of helping us and making our visit enjoyable.
The play was written about a very emotional subject, 9-11-2001. I had expected to shed a few tears, but the play took a different turn and focused on the positive things that happened to the people on the 38 planes that landed in Gander, Newfoundland, as well as the people who lived in Gander.
At the end of the play, there was an arousing cheer, lots of applause, and about a two-minute standing ovation. All was well-deserved! The play was outstanding!"
