What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Riverview Fisk Park's breathtaking Manhattan skyline views, calling it a beautiful and peaceful place to relax. The gazebo, playground, and community garden are popular features. The main drawback is the complete absence of public restrooms, which requires careful planning.
"Lovely park with a beautiful cliff-side view overlooking Hoboken to reveal a picture-perfect view of the entire Manhattan skyline. They have electrical outlets around the fountain and on the ceiling of the gazebo (if you have a really tall friend who can climb cuz they are almost impossible to reach), which allows visitors to charge any electronics from cell phones to electric scooters or e-bikes. The only thing bad about this park is there is absolutely nowhere to go to the bathroom. And not many stores, restaurants, etc. will allow the public to use theirs, and most of them have signs stating that their facilities are strictly for paying customers only so I advise anyone to make sure you go at home right before you head out to the park. 😉"

"Great little park with an exceptional view of NYC. In the summer there is a Farmers Market every Sunday. There is a kids playground and splash pad. There is a gazebo overlooking the city and a fenced in basketball court. There is also a beautiful community garden."

Many visitors find the view from the park's gazebo particularly special. While the review mentions electrical outlets being present, they can be difficult to reach, so it's wise to come prepared with a fully charged phone or a portable power bank if you plan on extended photo sessions. The unobstructed nature of the view makes it a favorite spot for photographers and anyone looking to simply sit and admire the urban landscape.

This is a recurring theme in visitor feedback, so it's crucial to plan accordingly by using facilities before your visit. The park also has electrical outlets in the gazebo, which can be useful for charging devices, though their accessibility can be a challenge. The overall atmosphere is described as pleasant and quiet, ideal for relaxation and personal time.
