"This is truly an up and close encounter with nature.
Be very very careful, the snakes were out and sent us running ( I was not expecting them be that close) I am glad my son spotted the snake and I was looking up and taking pictures of the trees.
This is truly a beautiful and fun experience... I must say.
No guide it is a self guided walk
Bring your bug spray, camera, smile and sun block have fun and create memories with your family. It is so worth it."

"We were looking to get some nature and do a nice boardwalk and came across this place online. Come to find that there are almost no notices on the state of this place. The museum was closed(?) with no indication if it was closed or not. There were very few signs and it looked like you were walking into a construction area, but once you reach the boardwalk things were great. It was very peaceful and filled with life. We even saw a gator!
They really need to work on their information outreach though"

"Had a 30 minute movie I recommend watching in movie theater 1st - tells about the lives in the region. Very educational~ Cost was $6.00 a person (we were given a discount for our group 😁) Amazing staff and so friendly! Also recommend walking Nature Trail right behind Museum - we saw at least 6 alligators."
