"Had a great visit at Cedar Rock State Park. The tours were free and the gift shop area was cash only. You meet at the welcome building and take a tractor ride down to the house maybe half a mile or a bit more each way. The home in incredible and unlike most FLLW properties you can actually sit and touch the furniture and take photos inside. The house is much like it was when the owners departed the home in the 1980's. The home is not air conditioned and it frankly could benefit from some restoration in parts but I'm sure the funds are tight in today's day and age. We would highly recommend a visit."

"Free tours - donations accepted. You can email for a reservation or just stop in. There are restrooms and a small exhibit at the welcome center. From there they take you in a tractor pulled wagon up to the house for the tour. I was the only one signed up for the tour when I visited in July. Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. The tour includes the grounds and inside the main home. Pictures allowed inside and out. We then had a chance to walk down to the boat hosue on our own, though access was limited owing to water levels at the lake. Definitely recommend a detour to check out this house."
