The single room schoolhouse was also really cool to see and the prison cell with no light was so eerie but important to understand the living conditions back then. The staff member there was super helpful and informative on the history of the area and the jail and talked in detail about the current restorations going on in the museum. We were the only people checking it out at the time and parking was readily available."
