"Magistrate Daniel Goheen lied while conducting our case. He blamed me being at a public event as the reason why the respondent was legally allowed to talk to me. Even though we already have a no contact clause placed in a previous court agreement. He encouraged me to disobey the statements lined out said court agreement. He infringed upon my first amendment right , and told me I had no choice but to speak when spoken to. As if I’m an animal. Wrong. I can ignore anyone I want to. Legally. Daniel has already been admonished publicly and I’m heavily disturbed by Cabell county allowing a known condescending jerk to continue to be the most important part of the law. I will be taking my statements to the JIC in west Virginia as Daniel Goheen caused emotional distress & encouraged the respondents to continue to harass me (the petitioner)."
