What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Hot Sulphur Springs for its natural, therapeutic mineral pools and affordable day passes, offering a relaxing escape with beautiful mountain views. While some appreciate the rustic, no-frills charm, others have noted concerns regarding cleanliness and the facility's dated appearance. The natural sulfur smell is also a common observation.
"We enjoyed day passes for the hot springs only during our trip to Granby. It was not packed on a Sunday afternoon and we tried several pools of varying sizes, minerals, and temperatures. It was fun, interesting, and relaxing but we only lasted a couple hours before my anxiety got the best of me with the cleanliness factor and the sulphur smell. Place is as pictured and other reviews are correct that it is not an updated facility. Still, I'm glad we tried it and it was an affordable option compared to prices for other area day activities (skiing, horseback riding, RMNP, etc.). If you're chiller than me, you could probably spend the whole day there. There are picnic tables outside and the railroad track runs right through the front of the building."

"The natural mineral hot springs were exactly what we needed—peaceful, relaxing, and rejuvenating. The pools are naturally heated and vary in temperature, so you can pick your perfect soak spot.
The resort has a charming, laid-back vibe—nothing overly fancy, but that’s part of what makes it so wonderful. It’s cozy, quiet, and surrounded by Colorado beauty. Our room was simple but adorable and just steps away from the steamy springs.
We didn’t take many photos because we were too busy relaxing—and that says it all. If you’re looking for a peaceful, no-frills, soak-the-road-dust-off kind of stop, this is it. We left feeling like melted butter. 🧈💛
Would absolutely come back again!"

A truly relaxing and memorable experience — I would gladly come back!"
