Reviews Summary
Magic Springs offers a fun day out with a good mix of rides and a refreshing water park, especially appreciated during hot Arkansas summers. Visitors frequently praise the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. However, some guests note that certain rides can be closed for maintenance, and there are additional costs for parking and water park amenities like floats.
"This is a nice park with some rides and a water park, unfortunately the day I visited there was a storm and the park closed early. However the rides I got to ride were fun, the staff was nice and the park was clean. One coaster, X was closed and they have another wooden coaster that is being worked on and not even on the map right now so hopefully that will be refurbished soon. So I got on 3 coasters which were good. They have some nice flat rides, and the water park looks nice.
Parking is $20 if you don't have a pass"

"A Refreshing Escape in the Arkansas Summer Heat: Magic Springs Delivers!
Even with the blazing heat of an Arkansas summer, Magic Springs in Hot Springs proves to be an absolutely fantastic place to come and hang out. Don't let the rising temperatures deter you; this park offers a truly enjoyable experience that makes the heat a minor detail.
The rides at Magic Springs are nothing short of amazing. From thrilling roller coasters that twist and turn to water rides that provide a welcome splash, there's something for every level of adventurer. What truly impressed me, especially on a hot day, was how manageable the lines were. We never felt like we were waiting an eternity, allowing us to enjoy more rides and less time baking in the sun.
However, the real standout of our visit was undoubtedly the staff. Knowing that they are just as hot as you are, working tirelessly under the Arkansas sun, every single team member we encountered still had a genuine smile on their face and was incredibly courteous. No matter what we asked them, whether it was for directions, ride information, or just a quick chat, they responded with politeness and a helpful attitude. Their positive energy and dedication to guest experience truly made a difference and elevated our day from good to great.
Magic Springs is a gem in Hot Springs, offering thrilling rides, manageable crowds, and an exceptionally friendly staff that makes it a must-visit, even when the summer sun is at its peak."
