"Room was okay. Bathroom door was oddly large and heavy making it difficult to close. Random damages on was and doors. Grout job in shower was terrible. Paint job on wals especially near the elevator was amateur. You have to pay for parking. The parking lot was full on our last night and we had to park a block down. Hotel wouldnt refund us because they use a 3rd party to pay for parking. Pool table was all torn up and dirty and pool sticks were sticky. All these things wouldn't be such a big deal if the price of the room wasn't so high. Over priced for a not so amazing hotel. The cleaning lady on our floor was extremely nice and a delight everything we saw her! She deserves a raise and a promotion!"
