What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Southwest Resiliency Park is a well-regarded urban green space, praised for its relaxing atmosphere and ample seating. Visitors appreciate the clean environment and the attached dog park, though some suggest improvements for the latter. While it's a peaceful spot, the lack of extensive playground equipment and the proximity to busy traffic are noted drawbacks.
"Plenty of benches and seating and this park is rarely busy. Usually with nannies and moms with a stroller and small sized dogs going to/from the dog park attached. It’s a nice urban park.
There aren’t too many children most likely due to the high volume of vehicles that cut through between Hoboken and Jersey City. Nonetheless it’s a well placed and needed space.
Oh, and you can definitely hear the pickleballers!"

"This is a very relaxing and clean green area that’s simultaneously bustling. If you’re looking for a place to be around good energy and not in solitude, give it a try. It’s usually filled with babies and puppies, which can be great for mental health. It’s also easy to social distance here as there are lots of built in seating as well as ad hoc ones (aka the ground). Do note, there’s designated areas for furry friends as dogs are not allowed on certain parts of the grass."

"Open spaces, beautiful garden and a step-music toy for kids. No playground or climbing equipment yet."
