"I was wandering aimlessly through Hoboken, on the hunt to find a spot to eat a rotisserie chicken with my bare hands, when I stumbled upon Pier C Park.
Sometimes life gets so hectic that I don’t stop and smell the roses. I find myself so focused on what’s next or what I have to do later in the day to get one step closer to generational wealth that I just don’t sit and enjoy the present moment.
Pier C Park brought me straight back to present time. Standing on this little hill floating in the Hudson River, I could see the entire New York Skyline. A quote from one of my favorite books echoed between my ears: “I would give the greatest sunset in the world for one sight of New York's skyline…The sky over New York and the will of man made visible. What other religion do we need?”
