"This museum is at Camp Shelby. The people were all super kind and helpful. The museum itself was beautifully done. It was informative and engaging. We learned a lot and enjoyed their displays. They also have a great little gift shop!!"
Casey McWatters
"We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Lots and lots to read so plenty of that was skipped over this trip because I was with a 10 year old and he wanted to move too fast for all that. He enjoyed himself too so it’s not too adult for the kiddos. I think it’s telling I took no pictures of the conflict I was in and had a major anxiety spike driving through Camp Shelby. It had not occurred to me that I went to PLDC there in the 80s. It was a weird “forget and then I was in the middle of a vivid memory” moment. Showed DOD identification to get on base so I don’t know the procedure for a civilian"
Sandy Moorman
"A great museum and space to celebrate and honor Mississippi heroes. Also the history of Camp Shelby involvement through the years."
