"If I could give this building and this company zero stars I would. There was loud construction going on outside of icehouse for an entire year which matchbox was conducting and they did NOTHING about the noise even when many tenants complained. My 4th floor apartment flooded 2 times and ruined many of my items. I fought tooth and nail for them to give compensation and they barely did. If you ever need emergency maintenance they will not respond. They barely have a maintenance team anyways. In the event of an emergency such as a lock out, you are better off calling 911 or a locksmith. They also will not give you all your money back on security deposits and will waste months of your time. That actual units are not even worth the price or the hassle of their management. I recommend all to stay away."

Bryan Elyjah Smith and SZLACHETKA.They were even better than I expected. A perfect place to enjoy good craft beer and superb music."
