Reviews Summary
Mount Abram is widely loved for its incredibly friendly atmosphere, affordable prices, and lack of crowds, making it a 'hidden gem' for both skiers and bikers. Visitors appreciate the well-maintained trails and the cozy lodge vibe. Some may find the trail variety less extensive than larger resorts, but the overall value and community spirit are consistently highlighted as major positives.
"Nice area! We’re staying at an Airbnb just up the road so I biked down to check it out. It was $15 to take the climbing trail with no lift. I took Imu’s climb up. I was up to the top and back down in about 30 mins but the climb was a nice cardio push. Took whiplash down which was fun. Climb up is a little rocky and rooty / medium tech. Overall fun rip"

"This is a hidden gem! The trail variety may not be as much as other larger resorts; however, ticket prices are far less expensive, trails are extremely well maintained, lift line wait times are very short, and everyone there was super friendly. I went on a beautiful Saturday after 6" inches of fresh powder fell overnight and the temps were 15F-20F...very little to no congestion on the trails. We skied backs and blues. Fun mountain!"

"Great mountain and we even got to see "Maine's favorite athlete" Donny Pelletier here. My son got a lift ride and a run in with him. First time to the mountain for us both and we loved it. Small mountain vibes with good vert and a cool lodge and bar at the base."
