"Our 3 grandchildren loved the show!! The pre show was nice getting to see the trucks. The kids loved it. I wouldn’t go early though unless you don’t mind standing around until the seating opens. I looked at the trucks and was ready to go to my seat in a minute. The kids stood in line to meet the drivers and get a closer look. It was very nice. I enjoyed the show but left at halftime. I was just ready to go. I’m a homebody. lol. The kids stayed to see the motorcycles. They loved it!! The food was stupid expensive but very good!! They do sell earplugs and headphones for the noise. They sell memorabilia. We enjoyed it overall."

"I’ve always had nothing but the best experiences here but this time was unfortunately bad enough it soured the concert experience for me and a lot of other people sitting near us. We were sat in section 119 row B and I thought we had paid for the best seats but there was a huge platform in front of us blocking the view. To make things worse, during Bush’s entire set three girls were standing on this podium completely blocking the view. Even if we could see, we were more focused on trying to find a supervisor who could actually make them move rather than enjoying the show. When Bush ended they left but Shinedown came on stage and even more people got on the podium. They left after the first 2 Shinedown songs but some of them came back later and it looks like they only left when they did because a show member performed on the podium and needed the space cleared temporarily. Everyone behind and in front of us was pissed. Thankfully there were a few open seats on the sides but even still, there was a huge cord dangling from the ceiling blocking our view in those seats. The staff were very receptive, considerate and trying their best to accommodate us and fix the issue but it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. I don’t usually spend a lot of money on tickets for events but Shinedown is my favorite band and I wanted to have the best view without being in the pit since I was with my Mother. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the experience and felt like most of the show was disrupted by this issue which was never resolved."
