"It’s a beautiful park with a great July 4th fireworks show, but I have to give it only 2 stars because they shut down the entrance to the park far too early claiming it was full. My group had to park over a mile away and walk to the park to see the show. Once inside the park, we saw dozens and dozens of empty parking spots across multiple lots that could’ve been utilized. Plus, I was told by others inside they were charging $20/car for parking. It’s unfortunate not everyone got to enjoy the park due to poor planning and traffic management."
