Thankfully, Kam A., the Guest Services Manager (or Supervisor), was called in—and her response was nothing short of outstanding. Kam handled the situation with grace, calm professionalism, and genuine care. She listened attentively, addressed the issue thoroughly, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Her presence turned a frustrating experience into one that reminded me why The Epic is known for its exceptional service.
Outside of that one interaction, the rest of the staff was amazing throughout my stay. I truly appreciate Kam’s leadership and dedication, and I want to extend my sincere thanks for how she managed the situation.

"Kendall the person in charge of events scheduled a tour with me and then basically already had all of the dates already booked a few days later. I called another person in the location and they said the event spaces were available. This place is not kind to everyone and felt very bad energy after meeting the staff in person. Prior to my appointment all of the spaces were said to be available and now after a few days since my in person meeting they are all booked. That’s not right at all. Everyone from every background should feel confident to book and enjoy family there."

"I recently book a party at the epic rec center indoor pool. I was disappointed in my experience. First issue was that i book the room that allowed 30 people to enter. I arrived and was told that the policy changed a month ago to have a 15 people in the room. I book this party 6 months ago and was never refunded for the change or notified and the website still said 30. I was upset and had to speak to another employee to figure out the mix up. The first employee who gave me the 15 person false information did not offer to even verify that her information was correct I had to do that on my own. Once it was confirmed that the limit was indeed 30 people. The party room had the wrong kids name on the door. When asked to change it to my daughter’s name the staff told me they didn't have time. Mind you all the sign is a happy birthday message on printer paper…. Next issue was the room was not clean and had dead beetle through out. Final issue was we were reminded of our time ending at 3:30 every 15 min after 2:00. I feel like a 15 min warning at the end of the party would be enough. Otherwise the water park was in good shape and the kids enjoyed themselves but i expect so much more from epic."
