"I will never recommend this place for passports. I scheduled 3 appointments back to back for my kids because that’s what the online scheduler only allowed. I had some questions about the forms to fill out ahead of time so I called the USPS customer service center since the number for the local USPS isn’t in service. They told me that I can just fill it out at the local USPS since that is a part of the $35 service fee per form and I don’t need to fill it out ahead of time. When I get there, the local USPS said I needed to fill it out ahead of time and gave me a total 8 minutes to fill out 3 forms even though I had a 45 minute appointment. The local phone number doesn’t work so I couldn’t even call ahead of time for any questions I had. Obviously the forms didn’t get done in the 8 minutes they allowed and didn’t even try to make it work for us since I was told something different on the phone. They said they were fully booked and had another appointment even though we had a 45 minute appointment and no one was even waiting when we left. The older lady was very rude and very unprofessional and just walked out on us without saying anything. We went to Warren the same day with no appointment and got everything done in 20 minutes. The people from Warren were very nice and helpful and will be recommending them! There is a reason the Grand Forks USPS has a bad rating and now I can see why."
