"Overall a nice tour but fell below my expectations. Saw about 5 moose & 2 deer. Tour was from 7pm and returned at 11:30pm. Drove all the way up through Maine to the border of Canada and back. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Moose was spotted more distant than I expected & and for a split second. Difficult to take pictures. Also tour guide forgets to say “right or left” so hard to know which side to look. Not much space on bus to see the other side. Kids are charged full price despite falling asleep for mostly the entire ride. I feel there should be a somewhat reduced rate. Also assigned seating would be helpful. Our family was separated. The tour was overall good but left a lot to be desired."
