"Nice venue to see quite a few new works by local artists. Artwork is always interesting; The building is a very attractive way to display them.
Note they request a voluntary $5 donation, but on the plus side there are restrooms."
Edward Gellender
"The Rocky Neck Art Colony touts itself as the "Oldest Art Colony in the US." Although there's a lot of evidence to support this, it's an arguable point. What's NOT arguable is the fact that it's one of the most beautiful places that any art could ever be showcased. It's located in Gloucester MA on the "Neck". The art colony has galleries that art literally right on the water. In season you can take the Water Taxi from several points on the Island to get there. Displayed of course, are works from some of the most talented artists in the Country."
