It is very nice and clean, has a small playground for kids, big pavillion area for events. A paved walkway down by the river that goes all the way to the Glen Rose dam. The fishing there is ok for bass, perch or turtles. The park has clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. There were very nice people that helped me to get up the hill from the river cause it is a bit of a walk. My mom caught a perch and we let it go back to grow some more. Overall it is a nice historical park for all to enjoy."
