What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the breathtaking, unparalleled views of the Smoky Mountains and downtown Gatlinburg from the SkyLift Park and SkyBridge. The unique experience of walking on the glass panels is a major highlight. However, some find the attraction to be quite expensive for what's offered, and a few mention unenthusiastic staff.
"Breathtaking views. The earlier you go in the day, the less crowds.
The weather can change quickly, so I would check ahead. There is much more to do than walking across the bridge. They also have a couple of pretty & easy hiking trails, multiple seating areas with fire pits, an outdoor restaurant, and a shop. You can get an all day access pass, I think this is great to go during the day and to end the night at the fire pits.
Extra advice: Bring your own water as their bottled water is expensive. Consistently check the weather before deciding which tickets to get, and before you go. The weather can change consistently and rain could only be a few minutes."

"Breathtaking views! The Gatlinburg SkyBridge is an incredible experience that offers unparalleled panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains and downtown Gatlinburg.
The bridge is a comfortable 5 feet wide, allowing one to stroll at your own pace and take in the scenery, photos/videos enjoying the walk. At the top, we saw the SkyCenter with drink/ snack bar with great views and a retail store for souvenirs. Being a popular attraction, it can get crowded, especially during peak season.
Unique experience! Highly recommend"

"So happy we did it, but it was more expensive than it feels it should have been. The cost gets you a SkyLift ride and access to the bridge, the lookouts, and the trail. The views are beautiful from up top, but things do get rather crowded which can be expected. All of the staff was very unenthused, though, and the ones working the lift were hardly actually paying attention to you to make sure you got on and off safely. The ones at the base and top of the lift are just trying to push you into purchasing bad and expensive photos of yourself. Seems like that’s par for the course for these touristy places."
