"We were attending a three day event. First night, no problem. Second day, no problem. Second night, ridiculous. I was encouraged and allowed to go through security with my mom each time, except the second night. I ask for why we had to separate because she had medical issues and the security staff completely ignored me. I was told to go my own way, fine. Then my sister was not allowed entry due to her small purse. The same purse she has taken to each event and even had measured by staff to ensure the size was fine. Security staff talked with a manager and they rudely told my sister that if the staff member thinks her bag is too big, then it's too big. Basically, no argument. We had no idea they don't allow food or drinks at first either. There are plenty of people with medical needs, pregnancies, and dietary restrictions that require them to have their own food. They will literally take your food and ask you to dump your water. However, charge you $7 for a water and $10 for popcorn. We will never be going back."

"Nice experience in the Texas legends basketball game. This arena has ice hockey court also. The atmosphere of the game was energetic and lots of kids friendly activities available. The tickets were free with Pogo pass and even there’s many free tickets available on the window. The parking is little bit challenging and they were charging $10 for covered parking. Free Street parking available but that’s limited. The arena is clean and you can roam around and enjoy the game, cheerleader and many activities. We’d like to attend these games again."
