The scenic drive, coupled with stops at local farms for produce and unique items, makes for a delightful outing. However, timing is crucial, as the blooms are fleeting, and missing the peak season can lead to disappointment.

"It's a car driven trail (not a hiking trail) of nearly 67 miles.. it takes you thru different farms and restaurants to stop by. Timing is very important since the flowers bloom and fall/fade pretty quickly"

"Simonian Farms is an AWESOME place to start the Blossom Trail! A great time to take pictures. The farms location is really cool and ecletic, plus grabbed some local wine at the shop. Adding some of my photos of almond blossoms in Clovis."

Alissa Kennedy

"We went to Fresno Blossom trail last Sunday. We expected to see a lot of almond blossoms. Only a few blossoms were left and should have gone a week before. However, the cherry blossoms are coming up and it will be in full bloom in a week or two. The weather was really good. It’s a drive through trail where you can stop by the road to take pictures. The local shop gave us the map of the trail and also had good produce. This place is kids friendly, though beware of bees and insects and it has no entry fee or reservation. The drive to Fresno was pleasant. I would recommend to visit this place from late February to early April to find almond blossoms and cherry blossoms. Overall, it’s worth the visit during weekends."
