The park is named after the natural spring located here, which has been a life-giving water source for centuries. Make sure to plan enough time to explore the surrounding grounds, which features a reconstructed Ancestral Puebloan dwelling, a historic reconstructed 1870s fort, which was called Winsor Castle, and the bunkhouses nearby. There is also a scenic trail that takes you on a short hike through the desert. This location is perfect for any history buff, nature lover, or someone looking for a unique American Western adventure. There is a fee associated with the park, unless you have one of the many National Park cards. You will also find a museum and a gift shop inside the visitor’s center. There is plenty of free parking as well as restrooms."
