What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for East of Market apartments are largely positive, with residents praising the helpful and responsive staff, particularly Jamal, and the quality and cleanliness of the units. The location is considered good, and the buildings are newer with nice amenities. However, some residents note that the apartments can be expensive for what they offer, and issues like thin floors/ceilings, noise from neighbors or external sources, and occasional problems with building systems or amenities are mentioned.
"I highly recommend East of Market! I toured the community/unit back in June and moved in three weeks ago. From the tour to now, I have been highly pleased with this place. Jamal has been/continues to be extremely helpful, transparent, and answers my many questions as a new resident in a timely manner. The unit has great features and I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of it upon moving in. The community is quiet and public spaces always appear to be clean. I submitted a work order for some minor things in the unit and maintenance resolved everything within an hour of receiving the request. I definitely feel that I chose the right place."

"I have had a great experience with East of Market Apts. The staff is nice, very helpful, and act quickly, especially Jamal who assisted with my lease. The area is safe and the apartments are relatively new. I was surprised by how clean and well kept my apartment was prior to moving in. Overall, I am very glad to have chosen this complex; would recommend!"

"I applied for an apartment at East of Market after selling our home of 30 years. The digital application process, documents involved, and terms of the rental were new to me and a bit daunting. But the sales rep/manager, Jamal Maultaby, was just amazing. He answered my many questions with patience, empathy, and good humor. The information he provided was 100% on target. We were so looking forward to moving in, but personal circumstances changed and we had to cancel the lease. Jamal, and his team mate, Edwin, handled the process quickly and efficiently. Just an all around great experience."
