"I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. Prior to moving to AR, I lived in Chicago, Austin, Houston and Dallas, TX. I lived In condos and apartments in the city centers. This is the most expensive place I’ve ever lived. Granted the economy is awful and still prices here are wildly inflated for the bare minimum.
My main issues with this apartment complex:
~ high turnover in management (changes every 6 months)
~ poor grounds upkeep; the grounds keeper is selective about his job and still gets to have one
~ when it snows (like it does every year) there is no treatment of the grounds or stairwells that ice over . I’ve fallen and injured myself multiple times. If I fall again this year, I’m seeking an attorney. I sought one last year but he said “because I didn’t break anything it would be a hard case”Management did nothing when I reached out about this in the past.
~ bad neighbors that use the breezeways as trash cans and the green spaces as dumpsters. No joke, there is a neighbor that throws his food scraps in the bushes and under the trees (chicken bones, crab legs, French fries, you name it)
~ increase in students who get loud on the weekends, spew trash everywhere and are generally not fully developed mentally to be functioning adults.
~ leaking breezeways that they keep painting over??
What makes it worse is that Arkansas has no tenants rights and therefore their bare minimum is more than most. Happy apartment hunting!"

"I lived here for 3 years. Many great memories, great neighbors, and I overall loved it. My complaint is about the communication. It was always a beating to get in touched with maintenance, and to get them to come fix an issue. It was also a beating to get in touch with anyone from the office. Many rumors went around about the office/manager/maintenance crew constantly quitting, which I believe because the office crew was constantly changing. I also don’t think corporate cared much about what was happening at the Fayetteville location. I have many reasons to back that up, but I’m just gonna leave that as is.
Again, great place to live, just the communication between the office crew needs to be fixed. I would love to mention that the new manager (Kaden) was so kinda and great any time I talked to him about an issue, he was seriously the only reason anything got done! The ladies that run the text messages and phones though, not a fan."
