What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Cross Creek Linear Park is a unique, sprawling green space with significant historical points of interest. Visitors appreciate its linear layout for walks and the historical markers, though some find the park could benefit from better maintenance and clearer signage. The presence of a historic cemetery and the Lafayette statue are notable highlights.
"This is a unique Park because it stretches out across neighborhoods and has many interesting historic points of interest. It's not clear who manages this park and I suspect that there are different organizations responsible for different areas. Many of the plaques with descriptions covered in lucite are not legible. The cemetery is particularly interesting but it would be good if someone could dedicate some effort to cleaning up the tombstones, most of which are also illegible. The park could use some TLC with better pickup of litter. Still, this park is definitely worth a visit."

"The park is apparently bigger than we anticipated. We found an entrance beside the dog parks. We walked a small portion of it, met some really nice folks and their dogs. There's a wooden part that crosses over some water that has some loose boards, so please be careful. My dog loved it!"

"Very nice peaceful area. We enjoyed our visit here. I think the trail is currently having construction because there was a portion of the area blocked off. We'll try to find the trail and walk it next time we revisit."
