What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Bolack Electromechanical Museum's unparalleled collection of electromechanical devices, vintage vehicles, and historical artifacts, often calling it a 'one-of-a-kind' experience. However, the strict appointment-only policy and sometimes confusing check-in process have led to frustration for some, with a few reporting negative staff interactions.
"Their website lead me directly to a building out in the middle of nowhere. We entered a larger property with many different features and signs pointing everywhere with all of them mentioning a wild life park. We where here for the museum So we followed the directions google provided. Finally upon arrival I found out that I had to have an appointment the guy on the phone was really nice and tried to help. Disappointed we started to leave when a truck came flying down the road and cornered us. A large outraged man practically assaulted us yelling about how we didn't check in and that their was signs. We followed this rude individual out and checked out the signs they had. They where convoluted confusing and pointed all sorts of directions. If you don't want people going to the building don't list it on Google. Have your buisness address be where you check in maybe? Don't list it on your website. And in the mean time try being polite and understanding for people who are following your own websites instructions and media. We were really excited about this place and it looks like a great attraction but when you have employees with no customer service edict or even just basic courtesy you've ruined something good."

Make sure to make an appointment in advance and check in at the main front building by the road, you won't regret the visit! Eric was super knowledgeable from animals to electronics!"
