"Stopped by this area during a trip to Fargo. It is a very nice, open air area with splash fountains for hot days, multiple areas to sit, and a stage area for events. Many of the places to sit have shade available too. There are many restaurants and shops located in the surrounding areas and they are all easy to walk to from the square and it seems it is centrally located downtown so if you are visiting a hotel in the area would be a good stay.
The reason I took off a star? There was not much parking available from what I could see. We spent an extra 10 minutes driving to find a spot. Perhaps there is some extra, non-street parking available but I did not see it and the signage for it seemed non-existent. Other than that, great area to hang out and explore downtown Fargo."

"Broadway Square has proven to be one of the coolest spot to be in Fargo. Many big events are held here, and in warmer weather you can just come and chill with friends or family. Kids like the splash pad and the red chair thingy. Lots of tables and chairs for the public to use. In winter they convert it to an ice rink, free! When it's late in the evening, this area is still lit and I do feel safer hanging out here than some other parts of downtown. I'm so glad we have a place like this in downtown Fargo!"
