"We rode our bike up for the night, we had an exceptional experi3nce from start to finish w complete satisfaction on every area of this facility. Everything was unbelievably clean, the casino didn't get bad smokey until late that night as the crowd grew, the entertainment was fun and cavanaughs on the river was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and well dressed and showed up looking like success. We will be back!"

"I am a Gambler that has been to multiple casinos the past 35 years. I enjoy the entertainment and anticipation of gambling. I drove 160 miles to visit this casino for the first time. I played 90 percent of my 7 hours gambling on the slots. Let me tell you, this was the absolute worst gambling experience. Not just because a left them $3,000, I have spent lots more than that on entertaining gambling. These machines were extremely tight. Not entertaining and as I was there for 7 hours, not one person in the entire Casino received a Hand Pay. I got tired of reaching in my wallet and just put all my cash on the slot machine to insert quicker. I always spend my gambling money I bring. WORST CASINO EXPERIENCE IN 35 YEARS. NOT FUN AT ALL. AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! I dedicate $30,000 a year on gambling but BALLYS won't ever see a penny of my money again!"

"Check in staff was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE very rude and pretty much useless. Specifically Denae (sp?) and Kimbrell (sp?). Neither should be in the customer service industry. Also, beware of them charging your card multiple times, resulting in multiple holds and claiming it’s a “technical” error and they can’t see it in their end. Even when it shows in your bank account.
Checking out was a totally different experience and the staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re looking for the convenience of not having to drive from the casino. Our room was clean and comfortable but we could definitely hear the very unfavorable conversation from the room next door, even out in the hallway. Place definitely needs a major cleaning and upgrades. The carpet is absolutely filthy through the property, except for the room."
