What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews highlight the impressive Art Deco architecture and the successful transformation of historic stations into culinary destinations like The Grey. While the bus service itself is functional, some station facilities can be in poor condition, and interactions with staff can be mixed. The homeless population's presence at some stations is also noted.
"Ok so I don’t really know what people expect from a bud station, but it’s really not that bad. Sure an employee or two are kind of rude but in their defense average person that goes to the bus station is here for maybe 10 minutes and then leaves to go to their destination, but you also have the homeless population of Evansville that like to hang out at the bus station during an after hours getting high or causing problems. Employees at the bus station deal with a lot of stuff that normal people wouldn’t be able to handle as well as then, so I give them a five star for that. The bus drivers are all for the most part really nice people and will help you if you ask."
Robert Hovatter
"My ride went smooth and seemed quick! Both of my drivers were very safe drivers..and got me to my destination on time!
Thank you Greyhound"
Cassandra McClendon
"I was disappointed by the condition of the restroom, while the men's at least. And half the vending machines were out of order. I've traveled Greyhound alot before and the condition at the Evansville station were by far the worst."
