"Nichols is a great place to see & hear a performance. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. It is accessible for everyone, as there is an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. Restrooms are in the basement, lobby is on 1, & concert hall is on 2. However, I don't believe that the balcony is accessible, as there are only stairs to reach that area. For that reason, I always choose to sit on the main floor. Seats are pews, as you'd find in a church, but they have no padding. I suggest that if you have any back or other issues, as I do, you consider bringing your own cushion to make sure you are comfortable, especially for a long event. I'll admit that I am not sure about an accessible entrance from the outside in to the venue, but I would think that there is one. Otherwise, there is a flight of stairs with railings going up to the lobby. The lobby is spacious, and has a couple loveseats that you can rest on if needed. We always park for free on Hinman, a 1-3 block walk, but there is metered parking that is closer. There are a few benches out in front, which are handy if you need to wait to be picked up afterwards."

The main hall was extremely close to the stage that we were able to interact with the performers. Attended a concert here and acoustics were great! Highly recommend this venue!"
