"Gorgeous place to camp! The sites are level and feel very private and woodsy. The bathrooms for camping were sufficient. There is a pond for swimming/fishing and a great hike along the river. Each site has electricity and water is every couple of sites and by the bathroom so accessible but not right there. There is a dump station and somewhere to fill your camper up near the entrance. Erwin is only 10 minutes away so your never far from a Food Lion. Great spot."

"We tent camped here at site 3 in October and it was a very nice experience. The only con for us was wasn’t water at every campsite and there were shared spigots between several sites. But it was not that big of a deal. Sites 1 and 2 were the camp hosts and site 3 was very private, especially since we were in a tent. It backs up to the pond/pool and had its own little trail to the main bathhouse as you enter the campground so it was like we had our own bathhouse. We lived the area as there was all kinds of things to do such as Blue Hole, Laurel Falls, Johnson City (Southern Craft BBQ) Appalachian Caverns and and the amazing town of Jonesborough (see my Google Maps reviews of these sites). Highly recommend!"
